The African Bar Association (AFBA) Nigeria Young Lawyers Forum (YLF) is organising a one day webinar on Force Majeure and Contractual obligations in Nigeria: The COVID-19 Effect

The webinar is intended to address the following areas:
1) The Concept of Force Majeure and the Implications of COVID-19 on Business and Investment Contracts
2) The effects of Force Majeure on Employment and Workplace Agreements
3) Impact of COVID-19 on Trade: Domestic and International Trades.

The webinar is billed to hold via Zoom on 9th April 2020 at 5 pm.
