Former National Welfare Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association Adesina Adegbite FICMC, has congratulated the newly elected Executives of Christian Lawyers Fellowship of Nigeria (CLASFON).

TheNigerialawyers had reported that CLASFON, had its 2021 Annual Conference which began on the 4th and ended on the 6th of August.
Adegbite in his congratulatory message also lauded the outcome Executive for a successful tenure.
He also wished the delegates safe trip home.
He said; “I heartily congratulate both the outgoing and the newly elected National Executive led by Prof. John Oluwole Akintayo as the President, and the entire members of Christian Lawyers Fellowship of Nigeria (CLASFON) on the most successful 2021 Annual Conference, Onitsha 2021.
“At this critical state in our National Life where extensive erosion of basic values continues to threaten the sustenance of basic ethical standards in our noble profession, the strategic role played by CLASFON in upholding the forte (as aptly encapsulated in one of its core objectives – “To strive for the highest professional ethics in the practice of law”) can not be over emphasized.
“It is therefore not a coincidence, I believe, that this year’s theme of the CLASFON Conference is titled “Behold, Here I Stand”- a declaration of Prophet Samuel’s before Israelites, bearing his confident submission to public scrutiny after long years of uncompromising and purposeful leadership of his people.
“The deliberations at the Conference have been most impactful, meaningful and fruitful. I hereby urge CLASFON to continue to strive to uphold and sustain the highest professional ethics in the practice of law through her activities and proclamations.
“While I wish the newly elected executive a most successful tenure, it is my solemn prayer that all our colleagues from various parts of the country who physically participated in the Four Days Conference in Onitsha, return to their respective homes safely.”
