Sir Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa, SAN, has joined the latest allottees to visit the site of the Lawyers’ Mass-Housing and Land-Banking Scheme, where he commended the initiative as a credible effort toward providing affordable housing and a reliable investment platform for lawyers and other interested investors.

The scheme, promoted as an affordable housing and land-banking opportunity in Abuja, is designed to help subscribers acquire plots, develop homes, or convert their properties into income-generating assets.

According to the organisers, only four plots are left under the ongoing ₦1 million discount promo.

Interested subscribers, lawyers, investors and representatives are invited for inspection and allocation today, Saturday, May 23, 2026, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., and tomorrow, Sunday, May 24, 2026, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The organisers also stated that prospective subscribers may book inspection on any other day of their choice.

They explained that participants do not need to live in Abuja or have an immediate residential need in Abuja to benefit from the scheme.

According to the notice, subscribers can acquire a plot and have the project engineers remodel it internally into blocks of flats or self-contained apartments, which can then be rented out to tenants or listed on Airbnb as a steady income stream.

“You can simply pick a plot, our engineers will remodel it internally into blocks of flats or self-contained rooms. You put tenants or put it on Airbnb; that becomes a permanent income stream that one can plan life or retirement around,” the statement said.

The organisers also announced a 5% facilitator’s fee for persons who refer interested subscribers to the scheme.

They further assured prospective investors that the title to the land is solid and FCDA-approved, adding that all approvals are genuine, including FCDA Development Control-approved building plans.

Subscribers are also allowed to pay gradually for up to two years.

The meeting point and temporary entrance to the site is through VON/Trademore Estate Junction, Airport Road, Abuja.
