Acccess Bank Plc has continued to maintain silence over allegations by A4 Realty Ltd that the Bank is frustrating its investment in Nigeria through an internally orchestrated property fraud and corporate bullying by the top officers of the Bank.

A4 REALTY LTD had earlier in the week issued a Press Conference over corporate intimidation and the illegal deployment of Nigeria Police, EFCC, and other Law Enforcement Agencies by Access Bank Plc to obstruct its investment activities in Nigeria.

This Press Release was issued out of necessity because the Bank has expressed its intent to use its connections and substantial resources to obstruct and unjustly deprive A4 Realty Ltd of the proceeds of its lawful investments in Nigeria. Actions of this nature tarnish Nigeria’s image and deter both patriotic Nigerians and foreign investors from engaging in economic activities within the country. This trend contributes to the continuous decline of foreign direct investment in Nigeria.

In the Press Release, the real estate company has alleged that the Bank has recently introduced a little-known company called Trebesak Nigeria Limited as a front, falsely presenting it as the new owner of the property. The Company challenges Access Bank Plc and its front, Trebesak Nigeria Limited, to provide any documentation that contradicts our company’s title over the property.

According to the company,

“We are aware of Access Bank Plc’s desperate efforts to create a false narrative to conceal this fraudulent behavior. A4 Realty Ltd possesses incontrovertible documentary evidence of its property title, which we will make public to reveal the falsehoods perpetrated by the Bank. We urge Nigerians and the international community to be aware of the property fraud and corporate bullying perpetrated by Access Bank Plc against A4 Realty Ltd.
ing to be pan-African and global, allow its officers and staff to engage in such activities that tarnish its reputation over a concluded property transaction?”

It is more concerning that the Bank has remained silent over such weighty allegations.
