Lawyers In Business Mass-Housing and Land-Banking Scheme, Abuja, has announced the commencement of construction works on the plot belonging to Sir Okechukwu Amechi, SAN, of NBA Umuahia Branch, into flats for tenants and staff accommodation.

The project is part of the scheme’s initiative to help lawyers acquire plots within its FCDA-allocated estate in Abuja and develop them into income-generating residential units, including flats and self-contained apartments, while maintaining the approved external design by the FCDA Development Control.

According to the promoters, only a few plots are still available under the ongoing ₦1 million discount promo.

In a statement issued by Chief Silas Agbara, Esq., Senior Associate at M.I. Dikko SAN & Associates and Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association Legal Entrepreneurship Committee, the scheme said lawyers and other interested persons can still take advantage of the promo to secure plots.

“Dear Senior, please pick a plot, we will help you construct it internally into flats/self-contained rooms for your staff, while maintaining the exterior design approved by the FCDA Development Control. This will ease the suffering of juniors and create alternative income stream for you,” the statement said.

The promoters also disclosed that facilitators who refer interested buyers will earn a minimum of ₦1.2 million, representing five per cent facilitator’s fee.

According to the statement, non-lawyers are also welcome to participate in the scheme.

Interested persons have been invited to visit the FCDA-allocated estate on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, from 5pm to 7pm, as well as on Friday, June 26, Saturday, June 27, and Sunday, June 28, 2026, at the same time.

The meeting point and temporary entrance is through VON/Trademore Estate Junction, Airport Road, Abuja.

The scheme also noted that persons outside Abuja or in the diaspora can invest and build their plots into flats, adding that tenants are already available.

“Abuja real estate is one of the surest proven ways to wealth,” the statement added.
