Abuja Law Firm Seeks Experienced Litigation Lawyers

A well-established law firm, conveniently situated in Wuse Zone 2, Abuja, is actively seeking two experienced litigation lawyers with 8-12 years of post-call experience to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage court cases and litigation proceedings.
• Showcase comprehensive expertise in appellate practice, particularly in the art of persuasive brief writing.
• Engage in civil and criminal litigation on behalf of clients.
• Skillfully draft court documents and processes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing litigation advice and regular updates.
• Attend court sessions and hearings.
• Conduct in-depth research on case facts and relevant laws.
• Undertake any additional tasks as necessitated by the role.

Requirements:

• 8-12 years of post-call experience as a litigation lawyer.
• Profound understanding of trial and appellate procedures.
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Outstanding oral advocacy capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-sufficiency and the ability to work with minimal guidance.
• Integrity and adept problem-solving skills.
