I wish to congratulate the Chairman, Members of the Nigerian Bar Association and other Stakeholders of Ekiti State on the commissioning of the Ultra Modern High Court Complex in Ado Ekiti. This edifice is a demonstration by the Government of Ekiti State that justice delivery is enhanced in a befitting atmosphere. I urge the state government to extend this gesture to the welfare obligations of the entire Bench and ultimately grant full financial autonomy to the Ekiti State Judiciary in compliance with Section 121 (3) of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended). The feat by Ekiti State is a wake up call to the other states where Courts are in a deplorable state to construct and equip new court rooms for better justice delivery. Once more, congratulations to the Ekiti State judiciary. Jonathan Gunu Taidi, Esq.]]>
