NBA 2018 ELECTIONS: Oron Branch Distances Itself From The EBF Adoption Of Aspirants, Says Manner Of Adoption Discriminatory

The branch note that the said adoption was without prior notice to its branch and therefore same was never discussed nor approved at its monthly general meeting of 26/1/18. The branch observes further that for such an important decision to hold the EBF affiliate branches ought to have been informed prior to the adoption. The branch emphatically notes that at the so called Screening Committee meeting held at the Hotel Presidential Port Harcourt, Rivers State, the Chairman, Richard Ekung, Esq displayed rare courage amidst serious shout-down to register the Branch’s position that the exercise was coming rather too early as NBA electioneering activities is yet to begin and that EBF was hasty in its action, hence misdirected itself.
