Ayodele Fayose, governor of Ekiti, has dissolved the state executive council. In a statement on Sunday, Lere Olayinka, media aide to the governor, said Fayose directed that the commissioners hand over to the permanent secretaries in their respective ministries. The governor expressed gratitude to the commissioners for their service to the state. “All the former Commissioners are directed to hand over to the permanent secretaries of their respective ministries,” the statement read. “The governor thanked the former commissioners for their service to the State and wished them well in their future endeavours.”]]>
