Kenyan socialite, Hellen Atti, has challenged Nigerian businessman and socialite, Pascal Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chiefpriest, to send her money to travel to Nigeria for a DNA test on her two-year-old son.

Atti, who has consistently alleged that Chiefpriest fathered her child, said in a video shared on Instagram that she was ready to come to Nigeria for the test, provided the businessman either sends the required funds or books flight tickets for her, the child and an accompanying family member.

She also insisted that two separate DNA tests should be conducted — one at a facility of her choice and another at a facility to be chosen by Chiefpriest.

The latest development followed Chiefpriest’s recent comments after a media report on the lingering paternity dispute. Reacting to the report, the businessman said he was willing to undergo a DNA test publicly, but maintained that Atti must bring the child to Nigeria at her own expense.

Chiefpriest had written on Instagram, “Make una help me bring her and the child for una studio make I come there come do the DNA for una on live TV for free.”

He, however, vowed not to send money to Atti, saying he would not fund anyone making allegations against him online.

“Bring me the child. Na you dey find papa for your pikin. Me, I’m not looking for my child, so I’m not spending anything to help you,” he wrote.

Atti has now responded by accepting the DNA challenge but insisting that Chiefpriest should facilitate her trip to Nigeria if he genuinely wants the test conducted.

The paternity controversy has lingered since 2023. Atti has alleged that her son was conceived after a brief encounter with Chiefpriest in Lagos in 2022. She has repeatedly called for a DNA test, claiming she has been left to raise the child alone.

Chiefpriest has consistently denied knowing Atti or fathering the child, insisting that the allegations are aimed at damaging his marriage and public image.

The matter resurfaced in January 2025 during Chiefpriest’s online feud with singer Burna Boy, who publicly supported Atti’s demand for a DNA test and reportedly offered to facilitate her trip to Nigeria. The plan, however, did not materialise.

Atti had also claimed that after giving birth in January 2023, Chiefpriest sent her N300,000 in instalments for baby supplies after she appealed for financial assistance following childbirth complications, despite allegedly denying paternity.

Over the past year, she has repeatedly taken to social media to renew her call for a DNA test, while also seeking financial support for the child’s upkeep.

Chiefpriest, on his part, has continued to reject the allegation but says he is prepared to take a DNA test if Atti brings the child to Nigeria.
