TikTok content creator Elizabeth Aminata Amadou, popularly known as Jarvis or Jadrolita, has issued a legal notice to skitmaker and streamer Oderhohwo Joseph Efe, popularly known as Carter Efe, demanding the immediate retraction of alleged defamatory statements made against her.

The demand was contained in a pre-action notice dated May 14, 2026, from her lawyers, Omo-Richard Attorneys, and made public on Saturday, May 16, 2026.

In the letter, Jarvis accused Carter Efe of engaging in a sustained campaign of cyber harassment, bullying, cyberstalking, defamation and malicious falsehood against her across social media platforms, including TikTok and Twitch.

Her legal team alleged that Carter Efe made several false and damaging remarks about her during livestream sessions, including comments that portrayed her as promiscuous and damaged her personal image, career and business relationships.

The lawyers specifically referenced a livestream in which Carter Efe allegedly claimed that Jarvis had dated “all Abuja boys” and linked her to individuals identified as Mr Joblag and Mr Hilarious.

They also cited comments allegedly made during the recent visit of American streamer IShowSpeed to Nigeria, where Carter Efe was said to have implied that Jarvis was lodged at Transcorp Hotel as a condition for a collaboration.

According to her lawyers, the statement falsely suggested that Jarvis exchanged personal or sexual favours for professional opportunities.

Jarvis denied the allegations, insisting through her legal representatives that the claims were fabricated, malicious and intended to ridicule her, cause emotional distress and undermine her brand value.

The legal team said the alleged statements had exposed her to public contempt, damaged her reputation and affected her commercial relationships.

Consequently, Jarvis demanded that Carter Efe retract all the alleged defamatory statements and issue unreserved public apologies across his social media platforms and in national newspapers.

She also demanded that he sign a binding undertaking to desist from further defamatory, malicious or harassing statements against her.

The notice gave Carter Efe 14 days to comply with the demands or face legal action before the High Court of Lagos State.

The dispute has generated reactions across social media and renewed debate over cyberbullying, defamation, influencer accountability and the legal consequences of livestream comments in Nigeria’s digital entertainment space.
