The Nigerian Air Force has officially announced the list of successful candidates for the Direct Short Service Commission (DSSC) Course 34/2025.

The announcement, published on its X post by Air Commodore Director of Public Relations and Information, Headquarters, Nigerian Air Force, Ehimen Ejodame, on Saturday, follows the conclusion of the Selection Board Interview held at the NAF Base in Kaduna from January 12 to February 8, 2026.

According to the NAF, the names of successful candidates are now available on the official recruitment portal at https://nafrecruitment.airforce.mil.ng/updates/.

Successful candidates are required to commence a six-month Basic Cadet Training programme at the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), Afaka, Kaduna, on Saturday, April 18, 2026.

“All candidates must report with their original credentials for documentation and admission. The deadline for reporting is 6:00 pm on Monday, April 20 2026. Any candidate who fails to report by this time will automatically forfeit the offer,” the post read.

The service also emphasised that candidates will only attain the status of full NAF personnel upon successful completion of the training and subsequent commissioning as officers.

Visit only the official NAF Recruitment Portal to confirm your name and download the list.

Prepare all required original documents well in advance.

Arrive on or before the stipulated deadline to avoid disqualification.

Follow all instructions published on the portal carefully.

This marks a significant milestone for the successful applicants, who will now proceed to intensive training that will prepare them for commissioning as officers in the Nigerian Air Force.

Candidates whose names appear on the list are congratulated and encouraged to begin making necessary preparations for the training programme.
