Mrs. Rotoye brings close to two decades of distinguished experience across the public and private sectors to her new role.
Her career is defined by a rare blend of deep legal expertise and strategic foresight, making her a highly sought-after advisor for clients facing high-stakes compliance and governance challenges.
Before joining Pentagon Partners, Mrs. Rotoye served for over 11 years at the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria, where she rose to the rank of Legal Adviser and Chief Legal Officer.
During her tenure, she was instrumental in:

- Leading complex litigation and conducting pivotal legal research on public health and medical laboratory issues
