Chief Mike Enendu, Esq., recently visited the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA)–allocated estate under the Lawyers Mass-Housing & Land-Banking Scheme, praising the initiative for providing a credible platform for investment and affordable housing targeted at lawyers, their families, colleagues, friends, and clients.

The scheme has highlighted Abuja land as a reliable avenue for wealth creation and income diversification. Investors are reminded that only 28 days remain to take advantage of the ongoing 15% AGC discount.

Prospective allotees can secure a plot with a 50% deposit, while the balance can be spread over two years in monthly installments. Issuance of individual Certificates of Occupancy (C.of.O) by the FCT Minister is already underway, as reported in the Nation Newspaper (3rd June 2025, pages 23–29).

Interested participants are encouraged to join inspection visits and allocation exercises scheduled as follows:

  • Thursday, 4th September 2025, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
  • Friday, 5th September 2025, 8:00 am – 11:00 am and 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm

  • Sunday, 7th September 2025, 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm

The meeting point and temporary entrance for all visits is through VON/Trademore Estate Junction, Airport Road, Abuja.

Participants who refer others to the scheme are eligible to earn a 5% facilitator’s fee.
