The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has issued a public notice assuring customers of its commitment to resolving delays and challenges associated with the Companies Registration Portal (CRP).

The Commission recently conducted a scheduled system maintenance aimed at optimizing the portal’s performance.
While the maintenance exercise was successful and normal services have been restored, a significant backlog of requests was created during the process. The CAC is currently working diligently to clear the backlog and address any challenges being faced by customers.
In the notice, the CAC expressed gratitude to its esteemed customers for their patience and understanding. It also emphasized that its dedicated technical team and approving officers are working tirelessly to ensure improved and efficient service delivery.
The management reiterated its commitment to providing prompt and reliable services, urging customers to bear with them as they navigate this transitional period.
