The School of Alternative Dispute Resolution (SADR) has announced the launch of its affiliate marketing program, designed to expand its reach to prospective Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practitioners while offering a financial incentive to referrers. The school aims to provide quality training to a wider audience through this initiative.
In addition to the affiliate program, SADR is offering a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Skills Training, starting from June 1st to June 29th, 2024. The course is tailored for legal practitioners, business owners, managers, and HR personnel who seek to acquire the knowledge and practical skills necessary to navigate disagreements constructively and resolve disputes in various settings.
The intensive virtual training combines instruction in Mediation Skills, Mediation Advocacy, Restorative Justice, Negotiation, and Arbitration. Participants will learn to facilitate effective communication and negotiation, master different ADR techniques, de-escalate tensions, build trust between parties, and craft win-win solutions that save time and money.
