Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in maintenance of high rise building facilities with office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Corporate Legal Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
Draft a wide variety of legal agreements.
Assist in the development of guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Review and draft contracts, agreements, and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
Any other corporate legal duties as may be assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum of a Law Degree
1-2 years post NYSC working experience as a Corporate Legal Officer
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
The ability to multitask and be proactive
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Exceptional customer service skills.
