Among the nine topics to be dissected at the Annual Conference are: The Arbitration Laws of African Countries and the Influence of the UNCITRAL Model Laws: Is It Time for a Change? IBA Guidelines on Conflict of Interest in International Arbitration and African Systems: Another Look; Role of In-House Counsel in the Development of Arbitration Practice in Africa; Empowering Africa: How ADR can unlock Disputes on the Continent, and Hot Topics in Arbitration across Africa.

Curtains will be drawn on the Annual Conference with a Gala Nite which encompasses a potpourri of social and fun activities.
