The Intellectual Property Institute Nigeria has announced its upcoming virtual certification programs for October 2023.

Professionals can obtain certifications to become Chartered Intellectual Property Mediators, Trademark Attorneys, Patents and Designs Attorneys, and Copyright Attorneys.
The 4-day intensive training programs will held from October 23rd to November 1st featuring expert instructors. Each course equips professionals with essential knowledge and skills related to mediation, trademarks, patents, designs and copyrights.
Participants who successfully complete the training will be awarded professional certifications by the Institute. This enables them to kickstart or advance their careers in Nigeria’s fast-growing intellectual property and creative sectors.
According to the IP Institute, the virtual mediation course takes place on October 23rd and 24th. The trademark attorney program follows on October 25th and 26th while patents and designs is scheduled for October 27th and 30th. The copyright attorney certification will be on October 31st and November 1st.
Early bird registration at 70,000 naira closes on October 18th. Thereafter regular fee is 85,000 naira. Interested persons can contact the Institute via telephone, email or website to register.
The IP Institute highlighted that its certifications are internationally recognized and provide the skills and credibility to practice as IP professionals in Nigeria. The virtual sessions allow nationwide participation.
