Zedekiah Orogbemi told the court that the accused, on Oct. 10, around 4:30 p.m. at Idepe in Okitipupa, allegedly stole an unregistered blue Qlink motorcycle from where it was parked. The prosecutor said that the motorcycle with engine number FRJ22908 and chassis number FDO15381 was the property of one Ade Fasuyi.
