Employees Are Entitled To Compensation For Mental Stress

In Nigeria, where an employee suffers mental stress as a result of the employer changing the working condition of the organization in such a way that exceeds the work capacity of the employee, such employee is entitled to compensation for mental stress.

See Section 8(2) of the Employees Compensation Act.
