*Charges Supporters To Vote LP Guber Election In Lagos, Abia, Kaduna Etc

Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Mr Peter Gregory Obi has said the Nigerian Judiciary is the best institution for the delivery of justice worldwide.

The Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party added that he has confidence in the judiciary, especially since it has continually served justice to all matters he has taken to the judiciary.

He stated that the disappointment over the Nigerian election was global.

He said the world is thrown into wonder over how the election went however, his confidence for justice from the judiciary was because members of the judiciary are Nigerians who would not want a collapse of the country, especially on their children who are part of the younger generation.

Stressing his confidence in the Nigerian judiciary, Obi said: “I am because like I said I stayed in court for three years when people say it was impossible to recover my mandate through the court and I became the first.

“I was impeached and I went to court, they said it was impossible because somebody else has been elected and sworn in as governor, but I changed it.

“I have been to court, several of them, I do not have any cause to doubt the court. Why do I say this? I believe Nigeria has one of the best judiciaries globally.

“It is we, the politician that is trying to scuttle it because of our transactional nature of trying to ensure that everywhere is corrupted.

That, in our judiciary, I stand to reverse it, even with this case.

“Globally, they are asking what happened to the Nigerian election. Africans are surprised that the giant of Africa can no longer deliver on its election. We are not talking about something great, just the election.

“So what is wrong with us?

“I do not go anywhere referring to how the other people were treated. Despite their recent controversial judgements, I am confident they do not want the country to collapse.

“They do not want the country to collapse on their children!” Òbi stated.

The Labour Party, the presidential candidate, also has charged Obi-dients to make sure they do not vote blindly in the Gubernatorial elections across the country.

Obi who appeared on Channels TV Sunrise programme said the Obi-dients should vote for character Competence and compassion.

He noted that Labour Party does not have candidates in all the states for the Guber race. Still, in those states where the party has candidates like Abia, Kaduna Lagos and the other states, Obi-dients should make a show at the polling units and vote massively for their Governorship.

The LP presidential candidate who said he got massive votes from the indigenes in Lagos, which made the LP emerge victorious by the true votes pointed out that the LP candidate in Lagos has the capacity and competence to run the affairs of the state.

He urged Obi-dients in Lagos to vote for the LP candidate, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour and turn Lagos State around in all spheres.

On his part, the LP gubernatorial candidate, Gbadebo Vivour stated that he is confident of winking the election come Saturday, March 18, 2023.
