A Candidate for the position of the NBA Publicity Secretary in the upcoming NBA National Elections holding this weekend, 16th July, 2022, Mr. Ogaga Emoghwanre has stated that he has experience in the media industry that has led to his development of quintessential skills for imagery creation which would make it possible for him to create an innovative NBA brand, through effective communication.
In a statement made available to TheNigeriaLawyer, Ogaga stated that his experience stemmed from anchoring key events in societies. He stated thus: “In the course of my professional career, I have become known for anchoring numerous events for branches of the NBA. Events such as Law Weeks, Summits, and Sectional Conferences. I have also served as a compere for Bar leaders and members who have had events like weddings and sundry ceremonies, in line with the tradition of the Bar.”
According to the NBA Publicity Aspirant, these numerous compere engagements, among other experiences, have equipped him solidly with the overly quintessential skills of public engagement, presentations, imagery creation and dialogue.
Narrating one of such experiences, Ogaga continued thus: “Very recently, I had the opportunity of anchoring the program on the Implementation of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act; a collaboration between the Nigerian Bar Association and MacArthur Foundation, at the National Secretariat of the Nigerian Bar Association in Abuja.
The event was geared towards educating officers of the Correctional Service, the Nigerian Police and the Immigration, on the implementation of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act, with respect to Human Rights violation and enforcement compliance.”
“The event was a huge success and we look forward to a robust regime of Human Rights protection in Nigeria.”
To this effect, Ogaga stated that he was bringing this experience to the table to create an innovative NBA brand.
