*Says More Programmes Of Such Nature Should Be Hosted To Improve Capacity Development Of Lawyers

A Former Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association, Lokoja Branch, Liman Salihu has felicitated with the leadership and members of the Yenagoa and Effurun Branches of the Association on the auspicious occasion of their 2022 Law Week.

In a statement made available to TheNigeriaLawyer, he described both branxhes as very vibrant branches and commended them for upholding what he described as noble traditions of the legal profession.

Also emphasising on the quality of events which graced the respective law week programs, he encouraged for my programs of such nature qs they will improve the capacity of lawyers.

It gives me great joy to use this opportunity to felicitate and congratulate the leadership and members of the Yenagoa and Effurun branches of the NBA on the auspicious occasion of their 2022 Law Week.

I am delighted to place on record that, your branches are not only one of the vibrant branches but that, you have kept the noble traditions and few of the many tenets of our Association

You have shown and demonstrated your commitment and belief in the upliftment, progress and development of members’ intellectual capacity through quality continuing education. This is very commendable.

I therefore warmly congratulate you and I wish you all successes in your future endeavours in the years ahead.

I respectfully urge that this and many more enriching programmes like tbis be organized periodically because, such cannot be too much for members’ growth and capacity development.

I wish your noble branches many more fruitful, innovative achievements and God’s benevolent rewards.
