*Congratulates Leadership and Members of Unity Bar On Law Week Program
*Says Theme Is Given Credence By Current Political and Economic Realities In Nigeria

A Member of the NBA Welfare Committee and an Aspirant in the forthcoming NBA General elections, Auta Nyada Esq has congratulated the members and leadership of the NBA Abuja (Unity Bar) Branch on the occasion of its 2022 Law week program.
Nyada in a statement made available to TheNigeriaLawyer described the law week a “fully packed”, and the theme, a reflection of current political and economic realities in Nigeria.
According to him, the selection of the theme: “Nigeria: 2023 and beyond – Building Systems for Accountable Leadership and Good Governance” has once again protected the Unity Bar as a vanguard of veritable National discourse.
He equally commended the Law Week planning Committee for the calibre of resource persons scheduled to contribute to discussions on key sub-themes during the week-long program.

It gives me great pleasure to congratulate the distinguished members and executive of the Nigerian Bar Association, Abuja Branch, ably led by Bulus Asten, Esq; an outstanding gentleman, astute Bar Man and a leader per excellence for putting up a rich and fully packed Law Week even in this trying time of our dear Country.
A reflection of the current political and economic realities no doubt gives credence to this year’s theme, ”Nigeria: 2023 and beyond- Building Systems for Accountable Leadership and Good Governance”. The choice of this theme has once again projected the UNITY BAR as a vanguard for veritable National discourse.
Programmes of this kind bring to resonance the words of Narendra Modi thus ”Good Governance cannot remain merely a philosophy. Concrete steps have to be taken for realizing its goals.” The UNITY BAR is indeed walking the talk.
Also worthy of commendation is the Law Week Planning Committee for their choice of resource persons.
With the array of dignitaries handling various sessions in this year’s Law Week, I have no doubt that at the end of the week, a lot of posers on systems building, accountable leadership and good governance would have been answered and practicable solutions proferred.
