Linda Rose Bala, has felicitated with members of the Uyo branch of the  Nigerian  Bar Association as they celebrate their Law Week, in Akwa Ibom State.

NBA Uyo on 24th March began its Law Week which will  end on the 1st of April.

This 2022 Law Week is tagged “The Advent of Ibom Deep Seaport and the Prospects of Maritime Law Practice in Nigeria”.

Bala, in her goodwill message to the branch said the theme you chose for your law week is apt and timely as it speaks directly to the issues surrounding your environment and how your members can benefit from areas of law relatable to their environment.

“The planning committee have put together a fantastic programme. Well-done to you all.

“I look forward to reading up on the paper presentations from all the erudite speakers and discussants you have invited.  I congratulate you on this worthy theme.

“I pray that each day of your law week is successful and very impactful.

“I urge all invitees and speakers to find time to take in the sights and sounds of the beautiful city of Uyo.

“As you journey back, may God grant us peace through the week and journey mercies back home for all speakers and invitees.

“May the Ibom deep sea port and your maritime sector and practice thrive!

“Long live the NBA!

“Long live the NBA Uyo Branch!

“Thank you and God bless you all.

“Akwa Ibom Dakkada!!!”
