*Insists That The Judgment Is Crooked And Corrupt

The former Chairman of the National Human Rights Commission, NHRC, Prof. Chidi Odinkalu, has insisted that the Court Order which nullified Section 84(12) of the Electoral Act is crooked and corrupt.
A Federal High Court, per Justice Evelyn Anyadike, sitting in Abia, had on Friday declared that the section is contrary to the 1999 constitution, adding that the AGF should delete it.
However, Odinkalu in a tweet seen by TheNigeriaLawyer provided evidence to prove his assertion that the judgement is”crooked and corrupt”.

The judgement has generated mixed reactions across the country. While some lawyers see the judgement as in per curiam, others see it as proper and in tune with the Nigerian Constitution.
