All over the world, Litigation is the most recognized form of dispute resolution. However, it is known to be formal and inflexible. Navigating cases from the court of first instance up to the Supreme Court can be exhausting.

In some instances, cases are ordered back for retrial.

This greatly affects the willingness of parties to want to resolve their disputes using Litigation. Other factors that discourage disputing parties is that litigation takes financial, emotional and sometimes social toll on the parties which are eager to put an end to.

This training will bring to the fore, the benefits of resolving disputes out of court, identify common pitfalls in out of court settlement and provide participants with the requisite tools to resolve conflicts out of court.
