Job Summary
- Provide administrative support to the Company Secretary in the effective and efficient discharge of functions towards meeting the organisationâs corporate governance, legal and regulatory obligations.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B); Barrister at Law (B.L)
- Call to the Nigerian Bar
Work Experience:
- 2 years’ post call to bar with at least 1 year in company secretariat or legal function.
