Maulud is celebrated across the globe to commemorate the birth of our noble prophet Muhammad SAW and the massage of humanity he brought to the entire human race.
Ewenode in his goodwill message said Eid-Ul-Mawlid represents the message of service and the need for us to contribute to serving humanity at our individual levels.
“The significance of this auspicious celebration must not be lost on all.
“We must all strive to leave behind a good legacy that will outlive us.
“I, therefore, enjoin everyone especially our Leaders across the board to take out time to meditate on the great virtues and the need to serve humanity and not our pockets.
“As we celebrate the season, I pray that our leaders will be sober and rededicate their lives to taking this Nation out of the woods.
“Once again happy idel Maulud to all our Muslim colleagues across the globe.”
