Chairman, NBA Welfare Committee, Y.C. Maikyau, SAN; has condoled with Gombe State Judiciary, NBA Gombe Branch and the entire Legal Practitioners, on the demise of Retired High Court, Justice Abubakar Jauro.

Maikyau SAN in his message said: “It is with a heavy heart but total submission to the Will of God Almighty that I condole with the family, friends, Gombe State Judiciary and the Gombe Branch of the NBA on the demise of His Lordship, Honorable Justice Abubakar Jauro (Rtd.) of the Gombe State High Court, who incidentally was the older brother to His Lordship, Honorable Justice Adamu Jauro, of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
“His Lordship was a jurist per excellence. He diligently served on the bench faithfully and conscientiously until his dignified retirement from service, which was commemorated by a Valedictory Court Session held on 28th June 2021.
“Alas, His Lordship was not to enjoy the much-deserved rest for long before his departure to meet his Maker.
“May the soul of His Lordship Rest In Peace and May God grant His family, the Judiciary and the NBA Gombe Branch the fortitude to bear the monumental loss. Amen!”
