*Commends The Exco Members For Creating Avenue For Lawyers To Relax

Chief Joe-Kyari Gadzama took time away from books to join members of the Port Harcourt branch during the 2021 annual cocktail of the branch.
The event was held on Friday, July 30, 2021 at the Arena Events Center, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
According to the Learned Silk, who was in attendance with Audu Mela Nunge, SAN, Mr. Kingsley Nyesom Chinda and Mr. Victor Nwaugo, Fmr NBA National Legal Adviser, it is a time to reunite and interact with his old friends and colleagues as well as make new acquaintances.
He commended the Chairman, Prince Nyekwere and executives of the branch for their deliberate innovation in creating an avenue of this very kind for lawyers to relax and interact with one another.
He also commended the organizers of the event for their hard work which was no doubt evident from the success of the event.
The Learned Silk, encouraged lawyers to always embrace the opportunity or avenue for social and business networking as its relevance cannot be over-emphasized.
The event was successful and well attended by the Chief Judge of Rivers State, Justice Simeon Amadi; the President, Customary Court of Appeal, Justice Christy Nwankwo; O. C. J. Okocha, SAN; Fmr Chairman of the branch, Mr. Omubo Victor Frank-Briggs and other dignitaries.
