The Maikyau Football Club has routed Gadzama Football Club at the ongoing Maikyau Cup competition organized by the Abuja Lawyers League. 

The match which held on Sunday, 20th June 2021 saw the culmination of the group stage of the tournament.

Whilst the Gadzama FC demonstrated doggedness and skills, they didn’t stand a chance against the boys of Maikyau who best them soundly to end the match with 3:0 scores in favor of Maikyau.

It is interesting to note that J.K. Gadzama F.C. who were topping the group before this match, got knocked out of the tournament with the victory of Y.C. Maikyau F.C. The already remarkable tournament promises to heat up in the coming weeks, Congratulations to the Maikyau FC
