The Delta State High Court has issued a Practice Direction, exempting payment of default fees for filing processes for the period of the JUSUN strike from April 6, to June 14, 2021.

This was contained in Practice Directions (NO.2) 2021, signed by the Acting Chief Judge of the State, Justice T. Obiajulu Diai.
