The Chief Judge of the Federal Capital Territory [F.C.T.] High Court has declared the easter vacation of the court in accordance with Order 52, Rule 4(b) of the FCT High Court Rules.

The announcement of the court’s vacation is contained in a circular obtained by TheNigeriaLawyer, dated the 4th day of March 2021.

The said circular has as its reference number FCT/JD/CJ.185/III/281 and is signed by the Acting Chief Judge of the FCT High Court, Hon. Justice S. Garba.

According to the circular, the court would commence its vacation from Friday, the 2nd day of April 2021, to Friday, the 9th day of April 2021.

Accordingly, the court would resume its activities from the 12th day of April 2021.

The circular was however silent as to whether or not any vacation Judge would be made available during the court’s break.
