Body Of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (BOSAN), has officially announced the passing on of its member, Chief Enechi Onyia OON, SAN.

According to the statement from the BOSAN Secretariat, signed by the Secretary, Seyi Sowemimo, made available to TheNigerialawyer(TNL), late Enechi Onyia OON, SAN, died on Thursday morning.
He was born on the 1st day of August, 1934 (87 years old), called to the Nigerian Bar in 1961 and was elevated to the prestigious rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria in 1995.
Enechi Onyia OON, SAN, established his law firm, Enechi Onyia & Associate in Enugu State and in acknowledgement of his contribution to the Nation, was conferred with the National Honour of the Officer of the Order of the Niger (OON).
Chief Enechi Onyia SAN is survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.
Further information on the funeral arrangements as released by his family will be announced as soon as BOSAN receives the information.
May the soul of Chief Enechi Onyia OON, SAN and the souls of other faithful departed Rest in Peace.
