According to the notice, the meeting is billed to hold at Hotel De La Paix, No. 60 Ekenna Avenue/ 38 Brass Street, Aba, Abia State, on Saturday, the 5th day of December 2020 by 11 am prompt.
The activities for the Quarterly Meeting are as follows:
1. Welcome Cocktail by 5pm @ Hotel de la Paix on Friday 4/12/2020
2. Welcome Party by 7pm on Friday 4/12/2020
3. Breakfast on 5th December by 7am @ the Restaurant of Hotel de La Paix.
4. Meeting proper at the Mandela Hall of Hotel De La Paix.
5. Lunch @ the Mandela Hall of Hotel de la Paix immediately after the meeting.
