*INFORMATION THAT COURTS IN NIGERIA WILL NOT QUESTION AND NEED NOT BE PROVED.*
In Nigerian courts, there are some information that need not to be proved rather they are assumed to facts of common knowledge . Some of such facts, include;
1. Facts that are common knowledge, generally or within the locality in which the court is sitting,
2. Facts that are capable of being verified by reference to a document, where such document cannot be questioned.
