On behalf of the Young Lawyers Forum, Benin Branch, I wish to specially congratulate Messrs Godwin Omoaka, SAN and Aikhunegbe Anthony Malik, SAN on their elevation into the Inner sanctum of the Bar.

This is indeed a monumental stride and same being well deserved, the YLF (Benin Bar) celebrates with the Learned Silks.
No doubt, the fulcrum of this auspicious and meritorious elevations hinge on how the Silks have espoused and imbibed the finest and noblest traditions of the Bar whilst also projecting themselves as great fountains of inspiration whereof young wigs may draw the zeal and forthrightness to brace and weather the trenches and terrains of the noblest profession ever known to man.
Over the years, the Silks in their various capacities as partners in two of the top-tier law firms in Nigeria (Templars and Alegeh and Co.),have demonstrated profound measure of commitment, foresight, acumen and the processes befitting of not only their persons but also, every member of the Bar.
This feat is rare yet serves as inspiration to Young Lawyers everywhere. Thus, reinforcing our collective belief in the mantra that hard work, dedication, and an unflinching commitment to upholding the traditions the greatest and noblest of professions is built, coupled with the support of other well-meaning members of the Bar who are willing to guide and mentor us whilst passing the mantle and entrenching the ladder they climbed and the platforms which gave them expressions, we can achieve anything we set our hearts to.
The YLF Benin Branch(Lion Branch), in concert with the hosts of heaven, the battle tested teams at Templars, Alegeh and Co., friends and well-wishers in congratulating you on achieving this most prestigious of ranks.
We remain steadfast in our belief that you will use this newly minted status of yours to persist in your mentorship of young lawyers and the improvement of the Legal profession as a whole bearing in mind the time honoured saying that a candle loses nothing by lighting others.
