Judgement in the petition filed by Governorship Candidate of APC in the March 9, 2019 Guber elections, Mr. Nsima Ekere shall be delivered tomorrow, Thursday, 19th September, 2019 by 9.00am prompt.

A formal notice to this effect has been issued by the Secretary of the Akwa Ibom State Governorship Elections Tribunal.

Mr. Ekere had sued the Governor Udom Emmanuel, PDP and INEC challenging the outcome of the elections on grounds of gross non-compliance withe the Electoral Act, INEC Guidelines and Manual for Election officers.

The Tribunal had adjourned on September 10, 2019 after adoption of Written addresses by all the parties in the petition.

It is to be seen how their lordships will ferret through the exhibits and distill the evidence led by parties and arrive at justice
