The Nigerian Bar Association has said that it has started liaising with the South Korean Embassy in Abuja with a view to facilitating early visa issuance for members.

This is contained in a press statement sighted by Kunle Edun for the NBA Secretariat.

According to them, this is with respect to those facing challenges — members who have registered for the IBA CONFERENCE.

Below read the press statement

IMPORTANT NOTICE: IBA CONFERENCE HOLDING IN SOUTH KOREA.

The attention of the Nigerian Bar Association has been drawn to the visa challenges faced by some of our members who have registered for the International Bar Association Conference holding in Seoul, South Korea in late September, 2019.

The NBA National Secretariat is presently liaising with the South Korean Embassy in Abuja with a view to facilitating early visa issuance for our members who intend to attend the conference.

We urge members who have applied for visa to be patient while we continue the engagement with the South Korean embassy.

Thank you.

Kunle Edun
NBA National Publicity Secretary
