The President, National Industrial Court of Nigeria, His Lordship, Hon. Justice B. A. Adejumo, OFR pursuant to order 58 Rule 4(2) of the Court Rules 2017 has declared Monday 22nd July to Friday 13th September 2019.

For 2019 Annual Vacation.

His Lordship maintained that there will be no normal Court sitting during the period except for urgent applications where the res of a case may be destroyed if not heard by a vacation Judge only.

Furthermore, the court shall resume for normal Court sitting on Monday 16th September 2019.
