The Independent Corrupt Practices and other related offences Commission (ICPC) has seized properties worth millions of Naira belonging to a retired registrar in the Kaduna Judicial Division of the Federal High Court, Mr Joseph Etefia Udoh.

The seized properties, which included buildings and landed properties in Abuja, Uyo and Kaduna, the ICPC noted, were “seized to preserve them from being sold or tampered with in any manner whatsoever.”

According to a statement released by the commission and signed by its chairman, Mr Ekpo Nta, the commission was convinced that the properties worth over N70 million belonged to the former registrar based on his confessional statement.
