Mr Dogara, who spoke to newsmen shortly after casting his vote at his Gwaranga Polling Unit in Bogoro local government area of the state, attributed the low turnout to the outcome of the last Presidential elections which he claimed were rigged. According to him, during the last presidential and national assembly elections, some of the results were tempered with at the collation centres at local government levels. The Speaker, therefore, called on the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to be fair and respect the wishes of the electorates.
