Itse Sagay: Parties can discipline governors despite having immunity

Speaking in a chat, Sagay said immunity covers stare or individuals bringing criminal charges against the governors so as not to distract them from carrying out their constitutional duties. He however said that doesn’t extend to party matters as governors can be suspended or expelled or disciplined in other ways if they violate the laws of the party. “Of course, governors can be disciplined by the party.
