Participants can still take advantage of a 5% discount, with the scheme offering a facilitator’s fee of 5% for referrals. Interested persons can secure a plot with a 50% deposit, shielding them from a planned price increase on March 1, 2026. The balance can be spread over two years with monthly installments.
