The Lawyers in Business Mass-Housing and Land-Banking Scheme is offering legal practitioners and other professionals a unique opportunity to invest in alternative income streams and provide affordable housing for staff or tenants. Revered Senior Advocates of Nigeria, judges, and distinguished legal practitioners are already taking advantage of the initiative.

The scheme currently offers a 5% Christmas/New Year discount, which ends in 25 days. Participants can secure a plot with a 50% deposit, shielding them from the price increase effective 1st March 2026, with the balance payable over two years through convenient monthly installments.

Participants can also earn a 5% facilitator’s fee for referring others to the scheme. Interested parties can contact: 08060266163 or 090407040950 for inquiries.

Site inspections and allocations will take place on:

  • Friday, 6th February 2026 – 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
  • Saturday, 7th February 2026 – 7:00 am to 10:00 am and 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
  • Sunday, 8th February 2026 – 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm

The meeting point and temporary entrance is through VON Estate Junction, Airport Road, Abuja. Alternative dates and times can be booked for convenience.
