The Lawyers in Business Mass-Housing and Land-Banking Scheme is offering legal practitioners and other professionals a unique opportunity to invest in alternative income streams and provide affordable housing for staff or tenants. The scheme currently offers a 5% Christmas/New Year discount, which ends in 25 days. Participants can secure a plot with a 50% deposit, shielding them from the price increase effective 1st March 2026, with the balance payable over two years through convenient monthly installments.
