The Lawyers in Business Mass Housing and Land-Banking Scheme has announced Prof. Cecillia Nwufo Esq of the NBA Jos Branch as one of its latest allottees, as the initiative enters the final 40 days of its special Christmas discount offer.

According to the scheme administrators, interested legal practitioners and members of the public can secure a plot with a 50 percent deposit, while the balance may be spread over a two-year monthly installment plan. Participants also stand to earn a five percent facilitator’s fee for every successful referral.

The project team has scheduled inspection and allocation sessions for Saturday, November 22, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., as well as Sunday, November 23, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Additional inspection dates can be booked on request.

The scheme is coordinated by Chief Silas E. Agbara Esq, Senior Associate at M. I. Dikko SAN & Associates and Secretary of the NBA National Legal Entrepreneurship Committee, who serves as Administrator of the Lawyers in Business Institute.
