With just three days to the end of its New Year discount offer, the Lawyers in Business Mass-Housing & Land-Banking Scheme has received a boost as Mrs. E. Diarah of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Sokoto Branch, visited the FCDA-allocated estate in Abuja and commended the initiative.

During her inspection of the estate, Mrs. Diarah applauded the promoters for what she described as a successful effort at providing affordable housing while creating a credible investment platform for legal practitioners and other Nigerians.
The scheme offers housing units designed as flats suitable for tenants, staff accommodation, or short-let services such as Airbnb. Developers also highlighted ongoing infrastructure improvements in the area, noting that a road project linking the estate directly to Abuja city centre is already under construction by the FCT Minister.
As part of its promotional drive, the scheme announced that subscribers can secure a plot with a 50 per cent deposit before the March 1, 2026 price increment, with the balance payable over two years in monthly instalments. It also introduced a five per cent facilitator’s fee for referrals.
